A young child's acceptance of the unknown can be a beautiful thing Too bad adults project their own hate and fears onto them I would have loved to learn of Yuki and her story Well done Mr Harris Yep I'd recommend this story and author

  2. Steven Steven says:

The opening held my attention even though it was slow and had me trying to figure out things There seemed to be subtle hints about the main character Yuki and what she may have been but I like that it was never spoken which made her so much mysterious

  3. Seamus Seamus says:

Dark sad tale of a lone 'creature' and a trusting unspoiled girl against the horrible nature of mankindWell worth the read

  4. Lyndon Lyndon says:

Not as good as two other short stories of his I've read but still intriguing Harris is a very good story teller

  5. Roland Roland says:

I love the way that PH unfolds the story You don't know what has happened or caused the things that have already occurred prior to the story but as you move along the story is built foundation walls roof one wordpage at a time An ageless tale of people being afraid of what they do not understand selfishness caring love I look forward to from PH
