Really fun read Having read the first two in the series I was invested in the characters and interested to see where it would go after book 2 ended with Lori leaving the others and several cliffhangers with minor characters like Malik , I wanted to see how it would play out.The author introduces new characters with connections to the events of the first book one of a few clever twists and answers some questions raised in both books such as why Brixton targeted Lori for her abilities in Bk Really fun read Having read the first two in the series I was invested in the characters and interested to see where it would go after book 2 ended with Lori leaving the others and several cliffhangers with minor characters like Malik , I wanted to see how it would play out.The author introduces new characters with connections to the events of the first book one of a few clever twists and answers some questions raised in both books such as why Brixton targeted Lori for her abilities in Bk2 and why Adrian stepped into the sunbasically explores the Purebloods relationship to vampires and gives an historical fiction take on their creation so you get the supernatural elements But the overarching storylines that drive the plot have agrounded, real world feel While there s tons of action and a very X Files meets Buffy vibe, the story and series in general is rooted in very human esque storylines about dealing with love, loss and new beginnings.Lori brings out the humanity in the other vampires and it s interesting to see how it effects their relationships She also gets herself in over her head yet again and this time there sof a well we ve come to expect this from you attitude that plays well and adds humor to the narrative.Satisfying conclusion to a series that should please fans of a wide range of genres.and the way things wrapped up I d love a Rex Hailey spinoff Received free copy in exchange for an honest review

This is a really good, just like the previous one, and it s nice to see someone taking classic monsters vampires and werewolves and doingthan making soft core erotica with them S.L has created a great twist on the traditions and not only brought those creatures into our world, but managed to make the fantastic seem real without feeling mundane.Read the whole review on my blog This is a really good, just like the previous one, and it s nice to see someone taking classic monsters vampires and werewolves and doingthan making soft core erotica with them S.L has created a great twist on the traditions and not only brought those creatures into our world, but managed to make the fantastic seem real without feeling mundane.Read the whole review on my blog

Exciting Conclusion to The Endangered Trilogy This book, which completes The Endangered trilogy, provides a totally satisfying and exciting story from beginning to end The story stands very well on its own, but it definitely helps to be familiar with the characters and their arcs from the previous books I thought the pacing of the second book was fast, but this one hit the ground running from the first few chapters and kept me on the edge of my seat till the end no pun intended There s def Exciting Conclusion to The Endangered Trilogy This book, which completes The Endangered trilogy, provides a totally satisfying and exciting story from beginning to end The story stands very well on its own, but it definitely helps to be familiar with the characters and their arcs from the previous books I thought the pacing of the second book was fast, but this one hit the ground running from the first few chapters and kept me on the edge of my seat till the end no pun intended There s definitely some paranormal elements incorporated throughout, but they re used in a way that compliments the mystery, which hasin common with a spy thriller than a fantasy I highly recommend to fans of a wide range of genres

My review Wow What a great ending to a fantastic trilogy Seven years have passed since book 1 2 which I really think you ll need to read before the last book seven long boring years, she hasn t seen or heard from her clan since her self exile The war seems to be over, casualties on both sides, and the humans are safe for now But they need her help, a member of her old clan has been murdering humans, and her clan is being held to account But is it all as it seems Are there My review Wow What a great ending to a fantastic trilogy Seven years have passed since book 1 2 which I really think you ll need to read before the last book seven long boring years, she hasn t seen or heard from her clan since her self exile The war seems to be over, casualties on both sides, and the humans are safe for now But they need her help, a member of her old clan has been murdering humans, and her clan is being held to account But is it all as it seems Are therequestions than answers And why do her clan want her help now And why her The story moves along at the same fast pace as the last two books Lori seems a lotconfident now, but still has moments of doubt and self loathing things she did in the other two books Again the secondary characters are all well written, loved the interaction with the hybrid werewolf, slayer and Lori And the face from the past Wasn t expecting that one This book was full of many twists and turns that will keep you guessing as to what will happen next It wasn t too hard to sit and read in one afternoon It was a shame to say goodbye to Lori and the world SL Eaves created Could have happily read another book or three Julie

Lori has been on hiatus from her chaotic life for the past seven years She s made a normal mundane existence for herself in Los Angeles, hanging with the humans She s done quite well for herself a nice apartment owns a blood bank and works part time at a bar All this normalcy is about to change A ghost from the past will make an appearance that will complicate her life enormously At the same time, the Purebloods are upset with the rash of recent human deaths linked to vampires Notoriety i Lori has been on hiatus from her chaotic life for the past seven years She s made a normal mundane existence for herself in Los Angeles, hanging with the humans She s done quite well for herself a nice apartment owns a blood bank and works part time at a bar All this normalcy is about to change A ghost from the past will make an appearance that will complicate her life enormously At the same time, the Purebloods are upset with the rash of recent human deaths linked to vampires Notoriety is not high on their bucket list and they take a fatal view of vampires that break the rules Our old friends at the DIA Defensive instead of Central , another shady government agency, are getting itchy too Lori s old clan back at the English castle is in trouble and she is asked to help How the issues are related is beyond Lori, but it can t be a coincidence Lori is forcibly pulled back into the life she tried so hard to retire from This third volume is the best of the seriesaction, clear goals and a tighter plot line Four.point.five I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review
