Dual Timeline Double swoon worthy heroes Prepare to lose your heart in a big way between brooding present day hero Michael and flirtatious, seize the moment war hero Henry My heart palpitations are having palpitations And the great thing about the dual timeline is that it isn t clear from the onset how the two stories relateat least it wasn t for me So it was really fun putting the pieces together.Present Day The Carrington family I love the way they relate to one another Smart m Dual Timeline Double swoon worthy heroes Prepare to lose your heart in a big way between brooding present day hero Michael and flirtatious, seize the moment war hero Henry My heart palpitations are having palpitations And the great thing about the dual timeline is that it isn t clear from the onset how the two stories relateat least it wasn t for me So it was really fun putting the pieces together.Present Day The Carrington family I love the way they relate to one another Smart mouthed rough and tumble meshed with get to the heart of the matter discussions provides a whole lot of laughter along with a few tears Love this larger than life family And Michael does too even though they can get on his nerves especially as he recuperates from his accident. This tough as nails Navy pilot is used to being in charge and then the accident happens He struggles and not just physically but emotionally too What I admire about him the most is that his faith in God doesn t waver Oh, there s anger and frustration and questions galore but he never doubts God s existence That doesn t mean he always seeks His guidance or listens if he does which makes him all therelatable because I m exactly the same way.Jack not Jacqueline was raised in an all male household and thrives in her male dominated profession She can take care of herself, thank you very much so she is some miffed when her brother drags Michael into the biggest mess of her life She doesn t need a bodyguard or a keeper especially the hunky hero type with the ability to completely distract her just by walking into a room.Prepare for lots of sparks and sizzling fireworks In fact break out your fans and crank down your air conditioning Sticking your head in the freezer might become a necessity as these two would be lovers find their way to a happily ever after Blissful sigh.World War II timeline Two adventurous souls on a mission to make a difference Tons of fascinating historical details like female pilots Alice is a force to be reckoned with Whether she s dealing with male prejudice or dodging the amorous advances of a certain British bloke, she s unrelenting in her quest to serve and serve well Even when Henry sweeps her off her feet quite literally she stays true to her dedication And the way the two stories are knit together is brilliant Makes for a blockbuster ending In fact, All of You is the kind of all consuming story that would translate really well onto the silver screen It s that vivid and intense and heart stopping. My thanks to the author for providing me with a copy of this book

I could use a friend The words were barely audible, but they tugged her heart I could use a friend too When Lieutenant Michael Carrington suffers career ending wounds as the result of a freak accident aboard an aircraft carrier, he could never have pictured himself as a glorified stateside baby sitter for his wing man s little sister All in all, it has been a rather pleasant assignment, regardless of being a fighter pilot turned double amputee, for Jack Jacqueline Rogers is a I could use a friend The words were barely audible, but they tugged her heart I could use a friend too When Lieutenant Michael Carrington suffers career ending wounds as the result of a freak accident aboard an aircraft carrier, he could never have pictured himself as a glorified stateside baby sitter for his wing man s little sister All in all, it has been a rather pleasant assignment, regardless of being a fighter pilot turned double amputee, for Jack Jacqueline Rogers is a force to be reckoned with in a lovely little package, whose ex boyfriend continually hovers on the fringes of a protective order She obviously needs someone to stand in her corner , in spite of the tidal waves of emotions that assault Michael whenever he and Jackie interact for any length of time They re just friends, and for Jackie s sake, it needs to stay that way Jack Rogers has been taking care of herself for a long, long time She doesn t need her older brother controlling her life, especially when he is miles away on deployment But the wounded warrior that shows up in the doorway of her hangar one morning is just as stubborn as she is Michael Carrington can sure put her senses on high alert, and he seems sincere, but she has been fooled once before Weaving this intriguing scenario together with that of a young female pilot serving in WWII, Sarah Monzon has managed to tell two great stories that eventually intersect, while continuing what is proving to be a wonderful Carrington family series Regardless of the decades spanning between them, her characters are reminded that they are divinely connected to a God whose plans are incredibly higher than any one of them could ask or think And if the best three words in the English language come up in conversation, then so be it I received a copy of this story from the author The opinions stated above are entirely my own

All of You is one of the most brilliant Christian novels I ve ever read Why Because of Michael Carrington Michael is an exceptional hero He s handsome, disciplined, and so, so honorable He s a strong man with uber confident faith in God And, he s cool Like Maverick from Top Gun cool At the start of this novel, Michael looks like he is the perfect man with the perfect life the all American Golden Boy And then EVERYTHING changes in the blink of an eye.The best part of All of You is wat All of You is one of the most brilliant Christian novels I ve ever read Why Because of Michael Carrington Michael is an exceptional hero He s handsome, disciplined, and so, so honorable He s a strong man with uber confident faith in God And, he s cool Like Maverick from Top Gun cool At the start of this novel, Michael looks like he is the perfect man with the perfect life the all American Golden Boy And then EVERYTHING changes in the blink of an eye.The best part of All of You is watching as a strong Christian acts out his true faith during a life altering experience It has been my experience that often in Christian novels, a non beliving or struggling with his faith hero goes through a rough moment in his life then turns to God But in All of You, Michael already loves God when trauma strikes Does his faith fall by the wayside in light of his traumatic moment No Does Michael act like everything is OK when it clearly isn t No What Michael does is go to God time and time again asking God to help him understand his next steps He s often in prayer throughout this story, and his prayer life is a genuine example of a solid relationship between man and God Michael never hesitates to bring God his shock, confusion, anger, pain, or fear As Hezekiah laid out a really scary letter from his enemies to the Lord in the Temple in 2 Kings 19 14 so they could have a chat, Michael lays out his soul to God day by day Michael begs God to give him an answer For a little while, his frustrating, overwhelming feelings remain and it looks like God will remain silent But Michael never gives up He just keeps on keeping on and tries to follow God s will even when His path isn t very clear Michael is my favorite aspect of this novel because I value his example as a strong Christian It s so refreshing to read a story with a protagonist who is not afraid to lean into his relationship with God and share his whole soul This aspect of Michael s personality truly blessed and encouraged me.All of You is a beautiful novel filled with endearing and relatable characters, a time slip plot that is so well executed I equally loved both time periods, and a fabulous reminder to go to God through thick and thin I love this book, and I am so sad my time with Michael and Jack is over If you love well written, beautiful stories then I highly recommend reading All of You It is totally worth the read I purchased an eBook copy of this book from .com on September 3, 2017, in order to review In no way has this influenced my review The opinions expressed in this review are my own
